All you need to do is change the registry replacing php4isapi.dll with php.exe (assuming you put the php.exe inside C:\Program files\PHP). I think the installation instructions have been enhanced for next time round to make this a bit clearer. What you had done was to install the isapi version (which is fair enough), but as it says somewhere in the readme, the isapi version is not yet at production strength - on some people's systems it seems to work ok - but not on mine, and seemingly not on yours!
