RE: [PHP-INST] ODBC Openlink Connection problems..

Fredrik, Unknown Host means either: 1. the Host field in the DSN is not 'pingable' from the client - try changing it to an IP address - verify networking issues and possible permissions 2. there is a mal-formed DSN name. - check your odbc.ini for both [ and ] around the top key and subsequent parameters area - check that the names in [ and ] match exactly in both areas in the odbc.ini - check that php doesn't expect to be passed a slightly differenct connect attribute, eg. "DSN=DSN_Name" instead of "DSN_Name" Please open a free support case at http://www.openlinksw.com/support/suppindx.htm if the problem persists.
