I've finally gotten past configuration warning with PHP 4.0.4 while trying
to compile in Sablotron support. Unfortunately, I still can't get through
the compile.
Here's the situation:
My system is a Linux Mandrake 7.1 (development install) box
I have Apache 1.3.14 (self compiled) installed on my system
I have Expat 1.95.1 (self compiled) installed on my system
I have Sablotron 0.50 (self compiled) installed on my system
I want PHP 4.0.4 with Sablotron support installed on my system
I suspect I know the problem, but I don't know how to get around it.
I have xmltok, xmlparse, etc... (from the Sablotron 0.44 binaries) installed
on my system, because I can't seem to get them any other way, but I suspect
they have some conflicts with the newer Sablotron version. I've tried
building Sablotron 0.44 from source, and didn't seem to get the xml* files.
I've tried building every version of Expat I can track down (1.95.0 and
1.95.1) and don't get them either.
What do I have to do to get those files? I can provide the output from
configure and make to anyone who needs it.
