how to set apache web server to run php version 4.0.2

I use apache version 1.3.12 for windows.I edit file httpd.conf by take away comment "AddType application/x-httpd-php3 .php",then I start apache web server again.I run php script and it have error "Internal Server Error".Can you tell me how me set apache web server to run php version 4.0.2 ?
