FW: [PHP-INST] php and Oracle 8

No my ORACLE_HOME is set correctly. It is core dumping. I have the core file. No error_log messages. All environment variables are correct and in place. Does someone need to see some gdb output? Any other Ideas? It says it started and I do a ps -auxw | grep httpd and nothing is there. Please oh pleae what am I doing wrong!
