I recently purchased a PHP book which included a cd in it. It includes
top directories like apache, boaz, examples, php, sklar, and xitami on the
cd. I am trying to figure out what else do I need to set up so I can run the
programs in the book. Do you need to be online to do these and how do you do
it. Any feedback would be appreciated.
