I have created a simple script and put it the ScriptAlias directory which is:
ScriptAlias /php/ "d:/php/php/"
This is not where they go.
Please re-read the tutorial and follow the instructions exactly (or any other tutorial that helps you to udnerstand how these things work together.).
Action = ScriptAlias + php.exe
PHP scripts go in the htdocs directory.
etc. Lots of things to check.
