We are having problems compiling the mod_php4 ports on both FreeBSD
3.4-STABLE and 4.1-STABLE.
This happens if we compile it with zlib and oci8.
We have had to edit the root Makefile to add support for oci8.
If we don't compile it with zlib, we get the following:

We were able to compile php4 under RedHat linux 6.1 with no problems.
We have tried this on both versions of FreeBSD and there were problems. The
reason that we are doing it this way, is that Oracle 8i only runs on linux
(of which it is installed and works correctly), and we want to use the libs
on that OS to compile php4 on our freebsd machines, where we are running our
main web servers.
Can you help us figure this out?
Sincerely,
David Comeau
