php + apache +gd

I have a problem with apache + php3 +gd on RH6.2,
In this system was installed IMB (WebMail) and last week my friends
have upgraded some packages, the only interesting upgrade near IMP is
from glib-1.2.6 to glibc-2.1.3.
After every time we try to start up server Apache we have:
Starting httpd: Syntax error on line 248 of /etc/httpd/conf/httpd.conf:
Cannot load /etc/httpd/modules/libphp3.so into server:
/usr/lib/libgd.so.1: undefined symbol: png_set_dither
The same problem I have with my computer installing:
apache-1.3.12-2.i386.rpm
php-3.0.16-5horde7.i386.rpm
