RE: [PHP-INST] PHP or Apache

Odd enough..I just did an install of PHP4.0 on my webserver..and agrivating enough..I am having the same issue. Then again I am also seeing this error when I run a status check on httpd httpd dead but subsys locked I have been without my web-server for almost 2 days now..and people are getting upset. Can someone please help us with this issue.... in dire need of a fix.
