Leandro Asnaghi,
Sorry if this is duplicated. Just to add some info to this issue, I now get
the same error. I had previously been able to build php-4.2.1 successfully
with the following setup:
SuSE 7.3 w/ 2.4.16 kernel
apache 2.0.36
autoconf 2.13
automake 1.4
gcc 2.95
To get around some problems I was having after upgrading to kdevelop 2.1.2,
I updated to:
autoconf 2.53
automake to 1.6.2
Then I attempted to build php-4.2.1 for apache 2.0.39 and get the same
error, so I am pretty sure there is some incompatability with the
development tools. I'm just not sure where precisely the problem
is. The apache build still works with the updates. Line 93 of
php_functions.c starts a compiler directive;
93: #if !MODULE_MAGIC_AT_LEAST(20020506,0)
94: ADD_STRING(boundary);
95: #endif
This looks as though there are no syntax problems with the line. I tried:
1) removing the entire #if clause
2) removing the #if/#endif lines leaving the ADD_STRING in place,
3) removing the "!" from the #if line.
None of these modifications resulted in a workable module.
Someone who is more familiar with the php code could probably address this.
