WIN32 Upgrade from 4.20 -> 4.2.3 problems

Group, I was running Apache 2.0.35, and PHP 4.2.0 on W2K with no problems. I went to upgrade and I get the very common "cannot load d:/php/sapi/php4apache2.dll into server: The specified proecdure could not be found." error. Can anyone please help me figure out what I am missing? Here is what I did: 0. Stopped Apache server. 1. Move d:\php to d:\php-420 2. Download latest from snaps.php.net 3. Uncompress latest into d:\php 4. Moved php4ts.dll to winnt\system32 (replaced old one). 5. Moved php.ini to winnt (replaced old one). 6. Modified apache's httpd.conf file from "LoadModule php4_module "d:/php/sapi/apache4filter2.dll" to "LoadModule php4_module "d:/php/sapi/php4apache2.dll" 7. Verified file spelling and file existence. 8. FAILURE I tried a couple things like the previous version (moving php.exe into the sapi directory), put no luck. I am sure it is something small and stupid.. Any thoughts? Thanks!
