PWS-php4.reg file does not exist

I downloaded the Win32 binary, and am trying to get it to work with PWS.
The PHP readme.txt file contains the following:

Edit the enclosed PWS-php4.reg file to reflect the location of your
php4isapi.dll. Forward slashes should be escaped, for example:
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\w3svc\parameters\Scrip
t Map]
".php"="C:\\Program Files\\PHP\\php4isapi.dll"

One problem: there is no PWS-php4.reg file. Can I just add the reg entry
to my registry using regedit?
