warnings in current 5.3 build

Hi!
When I build 5.3 on Windows, I get a ton of warnings like this:
c:\projects\php-5.3\tsrm\readdir.h(10) : warning C4005: '_WIN32_WINNT' : macro redefinition
c:\projects\php-5.3\main\config.w32.h(7) : see previous definition of '_WIN32_WINNT'
Looks like it is caused by some recent change. Could whoever did the change fix it? :)
