It is caused by bad usage of this macro. The patch I sent earlier was
supposed to fix it. I'll send an updated one (according to our
discussion about minimizing php deps ni ZE2) tomorrow. There is a new
warning as well about already defined typed in the new code (for
vc8+), it is due to the introduction of the portability helper,
php_stdint.h for windows.
