Hi,
My name is Hendrik Mennen and I want to open a RFC for the <?php / ?> tags to be optional and
not mandatory anymore.
My Github Handle is: hmennen90
I opened already a pre-rfc discussion for this topic: https://news-web.php.net/php.internals/131024
Regards,
Hendrik
