My name is Hendrik Mennen and I want to open a RFC for the <?php / ?> tags to be optional and not mandatory anymore.
Can you let me know what your Wiki username is? If you don't have one yet, please create an account so I can grant you the necessary karma.

For the record: Henrik has followed up with the new username in private (hmennen). RFC karma was granted. Good luck with the RFC! Ilija
