Hi Ben and Internals
I agree this proposal. I'm glad that if this proposal is accepted.
Please let me story that join in the php-src repo and this mailing list.
So I spend many time (3-4 years?) because I don't know how to join
this community.
Therefore, Working groups can easy to access to this community from the world.
I hope that people from all over the world who are interested will come.
