Compiles on win32 out of the box now. A few benign warnings:
zend_ini_scanner.c(1221) : warning C4013: 'read' undefined; assuming
extern returning int
zend_language_scanner.l(200) : warning C4013: 'close' undefined; assuming
extern returning int
zend_language_scanner.c(5398) : warning C4013: 'read' undefined; assuming
extern returning int
