PASSWORD_BCRYPT_WRAP supports two prehash algorithms. The prehash can be supplied in a hash option.
Another possible solution is to create two password_hash algorithms, e.g. PASSWORD_BCRYPT_CSHAKE and
PASSWORD_BCRYPT_SHA512.
