The first and hopefully the last release candidate of PHP 5.1.5 is out and can be downloaded from here:

This release is intended to address a series of security issues that cannot wait for PHP 5.2.0, aside from security fixes there are virtually no other changes in this release compared to 5.1.4. Please give this version a try to see if everything is still working properly. If all is well, final will be released within a week.
