Definitely it is. The fact that it's _next_ page delivery that would be
affected is not helping much - any page but the very first since server
run is the next for some page and it is reasonable to expect that on
the loaded server the pages are requested continiously.
Side note - could you give me a quick explanation about what you patch is
meant to do?
