"Annotation" might be better than "ReflectionAnnotation" ?
Possible usage of "annotation" as keyword instead of an abstract class:
- abstract class seems more logicial
Nested Annotation declaration: <Foo(<Bar>)> or <Foo(new Bar)>:
- <Foo(<Bar>)> for consistency
