Who said anything about blocking? I just don't think the approaches
have been contrasted enough to be able to say we've done due
diligence. Don't put words in my mouth.
As to the PHP syntax being more obvious, I don't buy that statement.
Not that I think HHVM's syntax is any more obvious, but there's
nothing about this RFC's syntax which is any better.
