I understand your pov but, in mine, there's no reason to artificially consider internal
functions as untyped by adding another mostly-redundant mechanism for internal type hinting. If
nothing existed, this would be fine, but if we split ZPP and type hinting info, we're creating
a redundancy we'll pull behind us forever.
