VC11 x86 and VC11 x64 was fine, but with VC14 (both x86 and x64), it threw me a linker error about _printf being undefined, and the #include <stdio.h> addition made it compile. My compile argument was rather simple: cl deplister.c imagehlp.lib If there is a persistent problem, then please report it at http://bugs.php.net/ and mark it with PHP 7.0 (master-Git) and we'll look into it.
