I had to recompile mcrypt, iconv, xml2, ssleay32, libeay32, ssh2, curl,
xpm, zlib, jpeg, png, vpx, libbz2, netsnmp for VC14 to get some
extensions working. But for instance php_gmp.dll still fails on
mpir_a.lib.
