I'm all for the feature, but for the same reason than a few here, I voted
"No".
I guess that a vote on a RFC that violates the Release Process makes it
void, whatever the result.
Is there anything against proposing this for PHP 8.0? I guess we can
perfectly vote now on a 8.0 feature, right?
