Let us consider each issue on it's own, make good decisions on each issue, with clear majorities.
You seem to take the same basis as me, and reach the opposite conclusion. I think there is substantial interaction between the questions of who should vote, how they should vote, and how the vote should be "won". Changing the process one variable at a time might lead to combinations which would never have been reached in a unified discussion. I realise you've now said you're going to redraft the RFC with wider scope, so I hope you'll consider bringing in some of the other elements raised. Regards, -- Rowan Collins [IMSoP]
