Just a note on indexes:
- strstr and strtr have exactly the same index array, so I guess the
rest do too
- they really do waste a lot of disk space - in strstr, the index is 7k
and the rest of the page is 2.5k...
I'll file my suggestions as bug reports.
Mitja
PS: Can I help in any way with XSL testing?

Left side indexes are quite similar on all pages belonging
to the same section. The Up link is the same two, so putting
out the index contents to individual files by index may be
a solution to make the PHP files even more smaller.

BTW it would be nice to put this up as a
"php.net website problem" to bugs.php.net. Just
to make sure, that we won't forget about it.
