Bug description: move function indexes out of specific function files
Currently, each function page in documentation contains a list of all the
functions in the same section. Since these lists are exactly the same
across all functions in the section, I suggest they are moved into a
separate file (one per section, or one alltogether) and require()'d
instead.
These would save huge amounts of disk space - in function.strstr.php, the
list is 7k and the rest of the page is 2.5k.
