To whom it may concern... Every since computers began the standard compression has been lhz or zip or gzip. Now you shove bz2 on us. I went to a Stuffit site and they want money for even their basic Stuffit. I only want to get one file with this non standard zipped method, only one... ever. Why should I pay for unzipping something which you have made very difficult? All I want is to download the documentation and learn more about PHP but you make that now impossible. Have you not been with computers very long? Can you please provide a zipped or gzipped version? Why do you have to make this basic offering so frustrating? And please do reply saying you are providing a 'state of the industry standard' file. I have been programming business software since the mid '70s and know better. Roy Galloway, disgruntled viewer of your website. PS I'll bet you don't pass this email to your PHP development team do you?
