Proposition...

Hi! First, I'm very sorry for my bad english ;) Ok. Next... I'm a PHP web-developer. I'm working with PHP last 4 years... Today I review www.php.net and not found a russian-language user support. I will propose you to open it in Kiev, UA. If you have interest for this - please, contact me. I think this is a good subject for disscussion. For any question - contact me immendatly by email.
