But why you don't support users directly? This is very big problem? Many questions of startup programmers don't need to use mailing lists, but user can't read manual or contact user in mailing lists, because users don't speak english. May be we can open a russian (and ukrainian) support by mail for common and commercial clients. And partially in english. And if you have a big interest for translate documentation to russian, I can do it.
