Greetings,
I would like to be an official PHP.net mirror but I'am seeing that you
dont allow more than two offical mirrors per country. I have observed
that the mirror sponsored by Universidad Latina (cr2.php.net) maintain
a ping average of: 1716.550 ms meanwhile my ping average is of about
150ms (196.40.71.132) . Would you guys consider switching this mirror
with mine? Let me know, thanks.
Regards,
