I have exactly the same browser and OS, but I can see these pages
normally.

Using the Opera browser (6.0.4) for windows the documentation pages
http://www.php.net/manual/en/ref.pgsql.php
take a long time to render
and render with enormous amounts of white space makeing them unusable.
