Bug description: Add a CC: feature to PHP bug reporting system
This is an enhancement request for the PHP bug reporting system.
It would be nice to have a "CC:" field in the bug report interface to add
your Email address to a bug report and be notified of any change or new
comment submitted to it. If you are familiar with Bugzilla then you'll
know exactly what I mean.
The problem right now is that there is no way to be automatically informed
that a given bug has been fixed or that the bug status has been updated
without coming back to the bug website regularily. (Unless you filed the
bug yourself of course)
