get_download.php modification

Hello! This would be a nice feature, if you could make a link to the preferred download mirror on get_download.php page right at the beginning where it's written: 'You have chosen to download the following file: <link>filename</link> '. I think this would be a nice feature, since you have to scroll down to get to the preffered mirror, and I guess most of users are too lazy to scroll down, and they simply click the first mirror seen on the page.
