Question about debug version?

Hi @ ALL. Is there a possibility to get an installer for PHP version 4.3 (Windows) with debug and all modules included on your website. I am using PHPEd31! I know that i can do it by myself. It is only a sugguestion! It could be called "PHP 4.3.0 Developer Debug Version"! PHP is an very good and easy programming language but i miss some graphic functions in the GD bibliothek. I have tried GD 1.6 with freetype this works not satisfactory. I will create truecolorimages at runtime with a very good and high quality rendered font. In GD 2.0 it not possible to render a font with freetype in PHP version 4.3.0 or i am to stupid!
