I have digged myself into that script again, and the only difference I see with the checks is that the printer friendly check code uses relative path values for file_exists(), while all other checks use absolute (starting with $DOCUMENT_ROOT). Do you have any safe_mode related settings turned on on that machine? That may affect what is possible as a path value... Goba
