I had the same problem and told Goba about it. This is because you're not properly added to the official mirror list at the moment probably. When you are added correctly the Faq and Introductory Tutorial will show up correctly automaticly. In the meantime you could create two redirect php files FAQ.php and tut.php linking to the right locations to make it work until you're added. At which stage you're now setting up htdig?
