Thanks for your report, I have removed the note, and edited the note below
it (which in part questioned, why mysql functions are used in the note above
it).

Here´s an example of associative array:
<?php connect("sqlserver","user","password");
$query = mysql_query("SELECT * FROM TABLE");
for ($i = 0;$line = mysql_fetch_array($query);++$i)
{ echo "Name: ".$line["name"]; echo "Address:
".$line["address"]; ... }
mysql_close();
?>
p.s.: the column name must be specified in '$line["colname"]'.

The text describes the mssql_fetch_array command but the example uses
mysql_fetch_array.
This is not the beginning of the third world war but anyway it is a little
mistake.
