I have no Opera to test though. The input boxes and the left menu are in this size intentionally. It is consistent on all sites (eg. search input box on bugs.php.net or pear.php.net). All the font sizes are set relatively to your default font size. You probably have an extremely high resoltion set, or an extremely small base font size set in your browser. Is this still a problem for your? Please provide feedback.
