PHP mirror in Tokyo, Japan

Hi, I'd like to set up an official PHP mirror in Japan, because I see there's only one japanese mirror in http://www.php.net/mirrors.php. And since the mirroring.php page says it's better to send an email to this address asking before setting it up, that's what I'm doing. :) My server is a FreeBSD machine on a 100Mbps optical fiber line that I'm using as a hosting provider for around 30 domains. You hardware configuration and realtime server status at http://www.ag0ny.com/?action=about and http://www.ag0ny.com/graphs, respectively. rsync, ht://Dig and Webalizer are installed (see http://www.ag0ny.com/stats for the stats of my homepage). I'm also running the fifth japanese mirror of Qmail since a few months ago. If I would be allowed to host an official mirror, just let me know and I'll set it up as soon as possible. Best regards,
