It does exist, but it has problems. We regularly try to keep all the mirrors working, but it is hard sometimes to get to the maintainers. I'll try to figure out what's up with jp2.php.net and so it will turn out if it will come back or not... Please write back in a week (or better two), and we'll see what is the progress...
