Hi,
I'm currently in the process of setting up a company offering
PHP solutions (http://www.phpers.com).
The solutions will mainly consist of websites/e-Commerce/m-Commerce etc.
using PHP and MySql. The company will NOT provide 'PHP Source'
distribution or bundled software (we are currently looking into setting
up a php.net mirror).
Are there any guidelines/legal issues regarding using this name as a
business ?
