Mirroring and local configuration

Hi there! I'm not completely certain if this is the right place to ask this question and I'm sure that you are swamped by e-mail, but I've run into a problem that I wish to rectify and I can't find any reference to it in the current documentation. I am planning on running an unofficial mirror (primarily for local use) of PHP.net and I have managed to get an rsync running properly with the appropriate excludes, etc. but I can't figure out how to customize information such as the footer credit (it displays my php URL, instead of a long name for my main site) for the mirror and the information displayed on the /mirror.php page (it says my site is an official mirror and in the location where it gives credit it only displays my URL, not a text name). I see reference to a file called configuration.inc and configuration.inc-dist in a couple of places (like ..cvsignore) and I see that it appears to have been part of the older distribution of the php.net rsync content (judging by Google cached copies of the rsync data), but now I don't see anything there. Can you tell me if this is a problem with my rsync or if this is something that I am overlooking?
