Reason is that the xsl one is generated with <h2>, the DSSSL one with <h1>, is
this a problem? Maybe ;)

Reason is that constants and classnames and functions were linked or bold in
the DSSSL output, but as of now, only the function linking / bolding code is
ported as I have seen. This might be an easy fix, we need to look into it ;)
