Hi,
We know of this issue. It will happen for certain european ip's until
the next update in which we are going to fix this.
Basically, there are some ranges which are alloted to the EU region, and
have been further sub-alloted to ISP's in specific countries. As of now
our code does not take care of this exception for the RIPE db.
We should be fixing this soon.
