phpweb reverted

It *seems* that something was wrong with the changes that were checked to phpweb today; the load spiked up to around 250 in the last hour or so. I don't have time to evaluate the changes, this could just be a spike in the number of visitors, but for the sake of keeping the box alive I've rolled back the code on www.php.net to the way it was earlier and we seem to be a lot happier now. These changes are on www.php.net only, and I've disabled rsync so that they don't get overwritten. I noticed a couple of tweak-style commits today; please *don't* do that; test it as much as possible until you are 100% sure that it works; keep in mind that the box could cook itself to death if you're not careful :) Let's see how things are going in the morning, --Wez.
